General booking information
Arrival
Your room is available for check-in starting at 2:00 pm on your arrival day and is reserved for you until 7:00 pm. Please call us if you should arrive later.
Departure
We ask that guests check out of their room by 9:30 am on their departure day.
Deposit
With a fixed reservation, we ask that you transfer a deposit amount of 150.00 Euro per person to our account. The deposit will be retained as a processing fee in the event of a cancellation.
Payment
We only accept payments in cash.
You are also welcome to transfer the amount shortly before your arrival.
Local tax
All prices exclude a local tax of € 1.80 per person and day (only for those 15 and older)
Final cleaning
A one-time final cleaning fee of € xxx is charged per apartment.
Breakfast
Upon request, you can additionally book breakfast in the apartments (adults: € 9.00 | children: € 5.00)
Short stay surcharge
The short stay surcharge for a stay of up to 3 days is € 5.00 per person/night.
Non-smoking
Smoking is not allowed throughout the hotel or in the rooms!
Pets
We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed in our apartment house!
Bathrobes
The rental fee for a bathrobe is € 5.00
Cancellation
Due to the current situation (COVID-19), we have adjusted our cancellation conditions for you. Please inform us in writing in advance of a cancellation.
Up to 3 weeks prior to the start of you vacation, there are no cancellation costs.
3 weeks to 14 days prior to your arrival: 30% of the total price
14 days to 7 days prior to your arrival: 70% of the total price
In the last week prior to your arrival: 90% of the total price
The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
In case of cancellation in due time we charge a handling fee of € 20.00!
